BCT works with your business to create the training package that suits you best. If you have a small business with no formal training programme, the Consortium will help you to create one. If you are from a large company with existing training schemes and providers, BCT will work with all your partners to make sure your training meets your business objectives, brings maximum returns for your workforce, and is better funded.
Available to those aged between 16+years old, Apprenticeships enable the employee to earn and learn through a combination of college and work-based training, complemented by Basic/Key Skills training as appropriate. There are two types of apprenticeship:
Each apprenticeship is made up of the same 3 components - a National Vocational Qualification, Technical Certificate and Keyskills, which combine together to provide a framework of development for the learner.
